Climb up the north tower of Notre Dame to get to the open gallery between the towers. Netting separates some of the gargoyles from the human (and swine) visitors…

One of my most favorite photos of Nigel ever, as he contemplates taking up a contemplative life of prayer and reflection. His contemplation was brief.
