TODAY IS: Presidential Inauguration Day, on which George W. Bush is sworn in as the 43rd President of the United States. We all probably would have voted for Josiah Bartlett if we could have, but we don't need to turn to TV to find the kind of president everyone can agree on. Kevin Kline as DAVE, in the flawless 1993 Ivan Reitman comedy, brought a humanity and sensitivity to the Oval Office that we haven't seen in real life in ages, if ever.
